QA Analyst – Game UI/UX Tester Position OverviewOur team is seeking a meticulous and motivated QA Analyst – Game UI/UX Tester to join our remote quality assurance group on a full-time basis. This role focuses on thoroughly evaluating the user interface and user experience for both mobile and web gaming platforms. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless functionality, high-quality user interactions, and the identification of software issues that impact digital product performance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and functionality testing on mobile and web-based gaming platforms, ensuring features perform as intended across various devices and screen sizes.
- Systematically document bugs, glitches, and areas of concern related to user experience, providing clear and actionable feedback for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to communicate detailed observations, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to guarantee consistent app and website behavior for all users.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports outlining testing results, bug reports, and recommendations for platform improvements.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to adhere to structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Familiarity with remote working software, collaborative communication tools, and app ecosystems relevant to the gaming industry.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related discipline is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and personal desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing activities.
