Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web gaming platforms to assess the effectiveness and intuitiveness of user interfaces.
- Carefully document bugs, glitches, and user experience issues, ensuring that reports are clear and actionable for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers to communicate quality assurance findings, contributing to ongoing improvements in interface design and functionality.
- Verify software features across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent functionality and accessibility for users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on a daily or weekly basis outlining findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions during testing processes.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and a strong understanding of app ecosystems, both web and mobile.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be valuable in this role.
