Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios to evaluate the functionality and user experience of mobile and web platforms.
- Systematically document bugs, glitches, and any user experience issues, ensuring all findings are communicated with a high level of clarity and precision.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to convey identified issues and provide actionable feedback aimed at improving product quality.
- Verify the performance and compatibility of software features across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining findings, insights, and recommendations for enhancements to the Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) team and other stakeholders.
