QA Analyst – Game Interface Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Analyst – Game Interface to join our remote quality assurance team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our digital gaming platforms, including both web and mobile applications, deliver exceptional user experiences and perform reliably across various devices and browsers. Working as a QA Analyst – Game Interface, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products by identifying usability issues, documenting bugs, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for mobile and web gaming platforms to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points with thorough detail to facilitate prompt resolution.
- Work collaboratively with development, design, and product teams by providing clear feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Conduct compatibility testing across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent performance and feature availability.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing outcomes, issues discovered, and recommendations for product enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to rigorously follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and familiarity with both web and mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Reliable access to a stable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
