- Work collaboratively with developers and designers to communicate findings, exchange feedback, and track the resolution of reported issues.
- Perform cross-device and cross-browser testing to confirm software compatibility and functionality across various screen sizes and operating systems.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly QA reports summarizing testing outcomes, trends, and actionable recommendations for ongoing product improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow structured testing procedures.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a strong familiarity with current app ecosystems and user interface standards.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and consistent access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
