Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web digital platforms, ensuring thorough coverage of user interactions and features.
- Document software bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points with clear, concise, and organized reporting methods to facilitate timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to effectively communicate issues, feedback, and suggestions to improve digital product quality and functionality.
- Verify that all software features perform consistently across a wide range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining cross-platform compatibility and optimal user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing activities, findings, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and team members.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Proficiency in utilizing remote working tools and strong familiarity with various app ecosystems, including both desktop and mobile environments.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, with a proven track record of identifying and documenting software issues.
