QA Analyst Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our remote Quality Assurance (QA) team as a QA Analyst. This full-time role is critical to ensuring the optimal performance and usability of our digital platforms, including both mobile applications and web-based products. As a QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal part in evaluating user experiences, identifying issues, and delivering actionable feedback that supports ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios across various mobile and web platforms to assess functionality, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
- Document identified bugs, glitches, and usability pain points with clear, concise descriptions to facilitate prompt resolution by development teams.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and project managers, providing critical feedback and insights that help shape quality improvements and user interface enhancements.
- Verify that software features perform consistently across a range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes by executing thorough compatibility tests.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports—on a daily or weekly basis—summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for addressing identified issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute structured testing procedures and instructions with precision.
- Proficiency in using remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems, including downloading, installing, and navigating a variety of mobile and web applications.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable internet connection and consistent access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
