Janine Pitts - State Farm Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) for a full-time position in Dallas, TX. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C), you will play a key role in providing clients with insurance solutions that match their needs, while helping the agency maintain a strong reputation for outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients to discuss their insurance needs.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as needed to provide continuous support and service.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding policy options, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Market a range of insurance products and support the agency’s growth objectives by achieving sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with agency team members to create a positive client experience and uphold the agency’s service standards.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license is required to be considered for the Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) role in Dallas, TX.
- Previous sales experience, whether in inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing, is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated capacity to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the capability to manage a variety of client inquiries and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers and understand their unique insurance needs.
