Responsibilities- Identify customer needs through effective communication, both over the phone and in person, and recommend suitable insurance products and services.
- Develop new client relationships while nurturing and maintaining existing client accounts to foster loyalty and retention.
- Set and achieve sales goals, consistently working toward meeting individual and team targets.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate an empathetic, customer-focused attitude in all interactions.
- Actively participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to expand the client base and promote the agency’s offerings.
- Handle customer service requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to develop professionally and stay informed about property and casualty insurance products, policies, and industry trends.
- Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interest in marketing and promoting insurance products that meet customer needs.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple client interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Effective presentation and communication skills for conveying the value of insurance products to potential clients.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, though not required.
