Project Manager (Infrastructure, VAR) Job Description
IDR is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Infrastructure, VAR) to join our client team in California. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in infrastructure and value-added reseller (VAR) environments, and who excel at managing large-scale, complex integration projects. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of large-scale integration projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, maintaining open communication and providing regular updates to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Apply expertise in infrastructure and VAR operations to drive project success, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate clearly with all levels of the organization, including executives and other key stakeholders, proactively addressing challenges and negotiating solutions as necessary.
- Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to guide teams and manage resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, confidence, and teamwork within the project team.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience working in VAR or network, data center, or infrastructure companies, with a strong understanding of the technical and operational aspects of these environments.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar integration projects from inception through completion.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex project dynamics and resolve conflicts constructively.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
