Project Financial Analyst Job OverviewIDR is seeking a dedicated Project Financial Analyst for a full-time opportunity with one of our top clients in Fort Morgan, CO. This position plays a critical role in managing the financial components of infrastructure replacement projects across sectors such as telecommunications, utilities, and IT. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in financial reporting, asset lifecycle management, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities- Oversee infrastructure replacement projects with a primary focus on financial management and reporting.
- Track and process invoices for government-funded initiatives, including FCC reimbursement programs, ensuring timely and accurate submittals.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and comprehensive tracking of fixed assets to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and finalize site close-out documentation, ensuring all financial and regulatory records are complete and compliant.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and compliance teams to facilitate asset audits, support close-out procedures, and maintain effective communication across departments.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in project financial analysis or similar roles related to infrastructure replacement.
- Proficient in BNA (Fixed Asset Accounting software) and skilled in reconciling fixed asset data with the General Ledger.
- Strong background in project financial reporting, with the ability to trace costs across multiple systems and ensure consistency with billing and accounting records.
- Acute attention to detail and familiarity with ERP systems, asset management tools, and multi-platform financial coordination.
- Experience in the construction or telecommunications industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
