Project Financial Analyst Position OverviewIDR is currently seeking a Project Financial Analyst for a dynamic contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading organization in Fort Morgan, CO. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in QuickBase implementation and system integration, particularly those eager to work on large-scale projects that span multiple business entities or platforms. As a Project Financial Analyst, you will be integral to ensuring the efficient and effective management of financial systems and process integrations, while also supporting the ongoing needs of operational teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead integration projects, specifically transitioning operations from QuickBase to Microsoft Dynamics SL, ensuring seamless data migration and system compatibility.
- Oversee and manage system integrations across various business entities or platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for end users experiencing QuickBase-related issues, delivering prompt and effective solutions to maintain operational continuity.
- Compile, analyze, and report on operational and financial data from multiple platforms to support informed decision-making processes.
- Utilize knowledge of inventory operations, including transfers, assignments, and cycle counts, to contribute to accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and business users, ensuring clarity in problem resolution and project updates.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Specialist, Project Manager, or similar position with hands-on QuickBase implementation responsibilities.
- Expertise in QuickBase, with comprehensive understanding of its system functionality and its integration with business processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in system integration projects, preferably with experience in construction or telecommunications industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges and communicate solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with inventory management procedures, including conducting and reconciling cycle counts.
