Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and track new project intake requests, ensuring data completeness and adherence to established criteria.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate governance meetings, including the preparation of agendas, calendar invites, and logistical support.
- Develop, update, and maintain governance slide decks and support materials for leadership review and project updates.
- Facilitate consistent and timely reporting across all active projects, including compiling status reports and monitoring risks.
- Maintain and update project tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation using Smartsheet and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, visibility, and communication across initiatives.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the EPMO to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in project management or healthcare administration are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, with demonstrated interest in project management and enterprise-level operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools.
