Program Manager (PM) - Summary

- Analyze data and develop reports using the Microsoft Suite to support decision-making
- Implement and optimize processes using workforce management applications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture and encourage collaboration

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management
- Proven expertise in workforce strategy and planning, preferably in organizational restructuring initiatives
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Lists, PowerBI)
- Experience working with workforce management applications (SuccessFactors/Employee Central, Workday, etc.)
- Background in large corporate environments, ideally with experience in business and technology divisions
