You may be asked to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted, and up to 150 pounds with the help of a team member. The facility is a non-climate-controlled environment, so adaptability and stamina are essential. Your attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring all products are labeled correctly and meet the company’s quality standards through regular inspection processes.
Production Workers must have the ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels as part of daily responsibilities. You should also be comfortable using basic mathematical measurements and a tape measure to ensure accuracy in your work. Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is helpful, particularly in the glass industry, but it is not strictly required for consideration.
