We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our high-capacity commercial laundry plant. As a Production Operator, you will be at the heart of our production process, performing a variety of essential tasks that support the operations of our commercial laundry plant. You will have the opportunity to work in various areas, including dryer operations, wash operations, stain washing, sewing and mending, soil sorting, folding, commercial ironing, packing, and distributing. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining production and safety standards will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our services. Your role will be integral in ensuring that linens are processed, cleaned, and delivered to our clients on time and in optimal condition.

Production Operator - Summary- Key member of the front-line production team supporting high-volume commercial laundry operations.
- Performs a variety of laundry processing tasks to meet customer needs and maintain quality standards.
- Works collaboratively in an inclusive, safety-focused environment supported by industry-leading processes.
- Maintain the steady flow of linen into various machines, including tunnels, washers, and dryers.
- Process laundry orders as directed, including pulling bags and completing assigned laundry activities in sequence.
- Load linen into machine pockets and monitor load sizes to prevent overloading and ensure proper processing.
- Follow all directions and established safety precautions to minimize risk and maintain a safe work environment.
- Adhere to assigned hourly production standards to meet plant operational goals.
- Proactively notify supervisors of any technical issues that may impact production standards or workflow.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the production team.
