The Production Operator position is integral to our front-line production team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks designed to ensure the seamless production flow within our high-capacity commercial laundry plant. By performing various functions such as soil sorting, operating washers and dryers, commercial ironing, folding, packing, and distributing, you will help meet the evolving needs of our diverse client base.

Production Operator - Summary- Key member of the front-line production team in a dynamic commercial laundry environment
- Supports daily operations to ensure high-quality service for healthcare and hospitality clients
- Performs tasks related to sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, packing, and distributing linens
- Follows established processes and safety protocols to maintain efficiency and quality
- Sort soiled linens into designated buggies according to type and processing requirements
- Operate commercial washers, dryers, and ironing equipment following company standards
- Fold, pack, and distribute clean linens to meet customer delivery expectations
- Pull bags and process laundry items in the proper sequence
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and workplace guidelines to minimize risk
- Maintain production output standards as defined for each shift and workstation
- Promptly notify supervisors of technical issues or obstacles affecting productivity
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall production efficiency
