Production Graphic Designer - Summary
As a Production Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the creation, perfection, and finalization of digital artwork for print. You will utilize your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop, to deliver precise and compelling designs. Your ability to operate and recalibrate production equipment, as well as manage the workflow for multiple projects, will ensure consistent quality and timely delivery. Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete and finalize designs for prepress and press processes, ensuring all files meet production specifications.
- Edit and complete design projects within deadlines using Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop on Mac workstations.
- Operate vinyl plotters, Roland digital presses, CNC routers, and other specialized printing equipment.
- Set up, recalibrate, and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Prepare materials for production runs and assist with packaging and labeling of finished products.
- Monitor quality control throughout the production process to ensure consistent and accurate results.
- Collaborate with the design team, providing guidance and support on various projects and design tasks.
- Manage and train team members to uphold quality standards and achieve production targets.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as required to support the overall workflow and team objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, print press, and production, with demonstrated expertise in prepress operations.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, working on Mac workstations.
- Hands-on experience with prepress and machine operation, including vinyl plotters, digital presses, and CNC routers.
- Flexo prepress experience is required for this role.
- Strong design and production background, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous leadership experience in a design or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, handle detailed work accurately, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Mathematical proficiency to ensure precise measurements and layouts.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly as required by production demands.
