We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team on a full-time basis in Conway, SC. As a vital member of our front-line production group, the Production Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the high-volume workflow in our commercial laundry facility. This role is integral in helping us meet the quality and service standards our clients expect, ensuring that patients and guests at hospitals and hospitality facilities always have access to clean, well-maintained linens.

Production Associate - SummaryAs a Production Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of a high-capacity commercial laundry facility. Your primary tasks will include operating various industrial laundry equipment, maintaining an orderly flow of linen through the production process, and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are consistently met. This position requires collaboration, adaptability, and a focus on maintaining production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities- Maintain a steady flow of linens into washers, dryers, and other industrial machines as required.
- Pull, sort, and process laundry according to designated workflow and order.
- Load linens into machine pockets, ensuring even distribution and proper load sizing to prevent overloading.
- Monitor equipment and workflows, reporting recurring technical issues to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and production protocols to ensure a secure workplace environment.
- Meet or exceed hourly production standards as established by management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall team productivity and facility cleanliness.
