Production Associate - Summary- Full-time manufacturing role responsible for efficient production operations
- Involvement in machine operation, material handling, and quality assurance
- Work with a team-oriented and safety-focused company
- Located in Griffin, GA
- Operate production equipment used in the fabrication of light gauge steel framing products, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and maintenance
- Monitor production machinery to assemble or process steel framing components according to specifications
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Measure materials accurately for outbound shipments and document findings accordingly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following established safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE on the warehouse floor
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Participate in routine checks and maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
- Adhere to company policies and production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Competitive starting pay based on shift assignment
- Stable Monday through Friday work schedule
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, with the exception of steel toe boots

- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Successful completion of a tape measure test and math assessment
- Must own and wear steel toe boots on the job

- Willingness to consistently wear PPE on the warehouse floor
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
