As a Product Manager – Oncology, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of multifaceted marketing initiatives for assigned oncology products. The role involves close partnership with internal stakeholders, including sales, managed markets, medical, regulatory, and analytics teams, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure seamless execution. You will contribute to the development of brand strategies that address the needs of healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, caregivers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Your expertise will also be leveraged in the planning and delivery of sales meetings, product knowledge training, and continuous performance monitoring to optimize marketing impact.
In addition, the Product Manager – Oncology will facilitate the analysis of market data to inform strategic decisions, monitor the effectiveness of ongoing programs, and recommend improvements where necessary. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in oncology marketing, understand the complexities of medical, legal, and regulatory processes, and possess a strong ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners. This position requires periodic business travel and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities.

- Organize and participate in sales meetings, providing training and guidance on product knowledge and marketing direction.

- Partner with managed markets, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and effective program delivery.
- Coordinate with external agencies to manage campaign development, creative execution, and project timelines.
- Support the development and engagement of key opinion leaders, including advisory boards and speaker programs.
- Travel as needed to support business and marketing objectives.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience, responsibilities, and education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven experience in oncology marketing is required.
- Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory approval processes for promotional programs is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with PhRMA and regulatory/legal guidelines for healthcare provider interactions.
- Experience managing agencies and strategic vendors.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% for business purposes.

Base salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 per year. This is the anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates. The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include and are not limited to relevant previous experience, job responsibilities and duration of experience, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.
