Content Producer Job DescriptionIDR is seeking a talented and experienced Content Producer to join one of our top clients in Bolingbrook, IL. As a Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, engaging content that supports the brand's vision and meets industry standards. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about storytelling, production management, and working collaboratively in a creative environment.
Responsibilities- Support the Manager of Studio Production and Senior Producer on a diverse range of projects, including brand photoshoots, video productions, sizzle reels, and content for social media platforms.
- Work closely with creative leadership to ensure alignment on project objectives, gather essential project information, and develop comprehensive production plans.
- Coordinate and manage projects both within the client’s Bolingbrook studio and with external agency partners to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and communications, ensuring seamless execution from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Demonstrate adaptability by working in a hybrid model, participating in both on-site and remote production activities as required in Bolingbrook, IL.
- Travel as needed to support production needs, maintaining flexibility to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- 4-5 years of proven experience as a Content Producer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in large-scale campaign production, product photography, video production, and social media content.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to working as part of a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently across a variety of content production projects.
- Willingness to travel as required to support the needs of the production team.
