Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform routine examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe appropriate treatments, and educate patients about their health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of clinical protocols and standards of care.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff, to provide coordinated and efficient care.
- Uphold the practice’s commitment to patient privacy, confidentiality, and ethical healthcare delivery at all times.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice as a Primary Care Physician (PCP) in the state of Maryland.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, high-quality primary care in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Enjoy a full-time schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with a four-day work week option unless an administrative day is required.
