As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will manage a small patient panel, allowing you to develop deep, ongoing relationships with your patients and provide comprehensive care. The clinic offers a 100% outpatient setting, no hospital or overnight call responsibilities, and a consistent Monday through Friday schedule for optimal work-life balance. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) opportunity in Miami, FL
- Mission-driven, physician-led organization focused on senior care
- Small patient panel (maximum 450 patients) for personalized care
- Value-based, holistic approach to primary care
- Supportive team environment with dedicated clinical and administrative support staff
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a panel of senior patients, managing 18 patients per day
- Focus on value-based care, emphasizing prevention and chronic disease management (average 3-5 chronic conditions per patient)
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists and holistic health professionals to ensure integrated, whole-person care
- Utilize a dedicated support team including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Engage in administrative tasks with scheduled time allocated during the workday
- Uphold organizational mission and contribute to ongoing improvement of patient care models
- Competitive base salary (starting at $250,000)
- Incentive bonus program (up to 10% of base salary)
- Signing bonus available (up to $50,000)

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
