Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our mission-driven, physician-led organization in Orlando, FL. This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity focused on providing high-quality, value-based care to a senior patient population. Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a senior population, focusing on patients with multiple chronic conditions.
- Manage a small patient panel, with a maximum of 450 patients, ensuring personalized and attentive care.
- See an average of 18 patients per day, with clinical hours scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm).
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist, to optimize patient outcomes and streamline workflows.
- Participate in value-based care initiatives to improve quality and efficiency of patient care.
- Utilize administrative time built into your schedule to complete documentation and coordinate care.
- Engage with in-house consulting specialists such as cardiology and podiatry, and refer patients as needed.
- Support holistic health services including acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutritional counseling.
- Provide care exclusively in an outpatient setting—no nights or weekends required.
- Facilitate continuity of care for seniors, many of whom have 3-5 chronic diseases.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Residency training in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) required.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Demonstrated commitment to value-based, patient-centered care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.
