Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, PCP) OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (PCP), specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, to join our established and expanding family practice in Orlando, FL. As a Primary Care Physician in this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on prevention, wellness, and the management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, promoting evidence-based treatments and patient education.
- Prescribe and manage medications, coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary, and ensure continuity of care.
- Work collaboratively with a support team including front desk staff, schedulers, and a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to facilitate efficient patient flow and care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.
- Provide excellent communication and empathetic support to patients and their families, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering individualized, high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage a daily patient volume of 25–30 while maintaining quality care standards.
- Work closely with a professional support team, including front desk staff, schedulers, and Certified Medical Assistants (CMA), ensuring streamlined operations and superior patient experiences.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing medical education (CME) opportunities and participate in peer collaboration to uphold the highest standards of clinical practice.
