Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine) - Summary
As a Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, you will join a well-established outpatient practice committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused healthcare. Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adults, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) system, specifically eClinicalWorks, for efficient and accurate documentation.
- Manage a daily patient volume averaging 12–15 individuals, ensuring quality time and attention for each patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated care and positive health outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, clinical guidelines, and regulatory compliance in primary care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall mission of the practice.
- Optional call responsibilities may be discussed based on provider preference.
- Engage in patient education and counseling to promote healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care practices.
- Participate in staff meetings, administrative duties, and ongoing professional development as required.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with income potential exceeding $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

- Proficiency in electronic medical records, with preference for experience using eClinicalWorks.
