Primary Care Physician—Sarasota, FL

Role:
- Compensation: Base $260,000 + up to 20% of base salary in bonus’
- Bonus’ based on: 1. Patient satisfaction rating 2. Living the company’s values 3. HEDIS compliance 4. Reducing hospital sick days
- Primary Care – Outpatient
- Value Based Care Model
- Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (Hearth disease, diabetes, hypertension etc.)
- Physicians have their own care team with MA/scheduler/ referral specialist and full support from leadership
