Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 2-3 years in preconstruction or estimating.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract documents, and project delivery methods.
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore or Buildertrend and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
- Expertise in cost estimating and budgeting for construction projects.
- Knowledge of scheduling software, such as Primavera or MS Project.
