Power BI Developer - Summary- Join a leading analytics team focused on transforming enterprise reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Design and develop scalable Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Finance, HR, and Operations leadership.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define key performance indicators and analytics strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting performance, data governance, and business intelligence best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for various business functions.
- Architect and optimize star-schema semantic models, fact and dimension tables, and dataflows.
- Develop advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and time-intelligence calculations.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes using SQL Server and Azure technologies.
- Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) to ensure data security and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Optimize report performance, usability, governance, and data quality across the Power BI environment.
- Support data governance initiatives and promote reporting best practices throughout the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering, or related roles.
- At least 3 years of advanced Power BI development experience, including data modeling, dashboard design, and Power BI Service administration.
- Expert-level proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M) for complex calculations and data transformations.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and database development.
- Deep understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, semantic models, and enterprise reporting architecture.
- Proven track record of building scalable analytics solutions, executive dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to present concepts and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experienced in Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, or related Azure data services (preferred but not required).
- Familiar with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.
- Background in HR and operations reporting, workforce analytics, or enterprise performance management.
- Knowledge of data governance, security frameworks, data quality management, and BI best practices.
- Skilled in automating recurring reporting processes and improving business efficiency through analytics solutions.
