Plumbing Training Specialist - Summary- Develops and maintains training materials for smart home water leak detection and shut-off devices.
- Acts as a subject matter expert and resource for installers, support agents, and customers.

- Hands-on plumbing experience (licensed plumber or equivalent trade experience preferred).
- Proven ability to develop clear, concise training and process documentation for non-technical audiences.
