Plumbing Installation Lead - Summary- Lead residential plumbing installation crews and oversee all aspects of project execution.
- Perform hands-on installation and repair of plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and codes.
- Ensure project quality, safety, and compliance through effective leadership and attention to detail.
- Support ongoing professional development for yourself and your team through training and mentorship.
- Direct and supervise plumbing installers and apprentices on residential installation projects.
- Read blueprints and plans, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of all plumbing work.
- Inspect completed installations for compliance with quality standards and plumbing codes.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to less-experienced team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Report job progress, material requirements, and any project issues to management in a timely manner.
- Deliver professional customer service throughout the duration of each project, addressing client needs and concerns with care.
- Complete all necessary project documentation accurately and submit on time.
