- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure engineering, or cloud engineering, with a focus on AI infrastructure or application development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Experience building backend applications and APIs (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC) or developing user-facing AI applications.
- Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.) or cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining enterprise-level AI solutions.
- Strong collaborative skills for working with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
- Deep knowledge of AI infrastructure, modern programming, and cloud-native environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and secure system development.
