Physician Assistant (PA) About the RoleMeena Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care medical office. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff. In this full-time or part-time position, you will be responsible for conducting detailed physical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and supporting patients through the prevention and management of acute and chronic health conditions. Key Responsibilities- Examine patients and thoroughly review medical records to support accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood tests and radiology studies, providing guidance for ongoing patient care.
- Diagnose a wide range of health conditions and illnesses, and develop treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations and oversee patient medication management.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records, schedules, and documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families about diagnosed health conditions, prescribed medications, and overall wellness strategies.
- Promote preventive health practices and lifestyle modifications to help patients lead healthier lives.
- Advance professional knowledge by participating in research, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
- Proven experience working as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a primary care, internal medicine, or related healthcare setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and clinical best practices.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Exceptional ethical standards, a collaborative team spirit, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
- Demonstrated ability to remain patient, composed, and empathetic in challenging situations.
- Active and unrestricted PA license.
- Dedication to ongoing learning, clinical skill development, and keeping current with medical advancements.
