Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or home health setting preferred
- Ability to travel within the local branch/office area as required
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently, including lifting up to 100 lbs as needed
