Duties & Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Deliver hands-on therapy and implement therapeutic exercises and interventions tailored to each patient’s goals.
- Monitor patient progress, document clinical observations, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies for maintaining progress outside the clinic.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care plans.
- Utilize clinical judgment to provide safe and effective care for individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or those managing chronic conditions.
- Support administrative processes to ensure seamless patient experiences, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with other team members.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, mentorship opportunities, and in-house continuing education programs to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

- Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid Physical Therapy license.
