Duties & Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients in the outpatient setting, focusing on both sports therapy and general orthopedic cases.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions, utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
- Track patient progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed to maximize functional improvement and recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to maintain long-term health and mobility.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Participate in regular mentorship sessions and professional development opportunities, such as the IAMT Con-Ed Course COMT Track specialty training.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and the broader healthcare community, embodying On The Mend’s values of respect and collaboration.
