Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic health conditions.
- Work as part of a therapist-owned outpatient practice with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and community involvement.
- Focus on patient-centered care, developing individualized treatment plans and tracking progress to support optimal mobility and wellness.
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations using standardized methods and clinical judgment.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent injury.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with legal and professional standards.
