Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic health conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations using standardized methods and clinical judgment.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent injury.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote health and wellness awareness.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development to maintain licensure and enhance clinical expertise.
