Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Provide direct patient care using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Promote patient education to enhance understanding and participation in their rehabilitation journey
- Monitor and document patient progress toward measurable outcomes
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with best practices
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments for new and existing patients
- Develop individualized treatment programs focusing on movement, mobility, and pain management
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications
