Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Utilize clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to adapt therapy programs for optimal results.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate, compliant medical records with streamlined processes to minimize administrative time.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, participate in mentorship, and contribute to the clinic’s educational initiatives, including CE courses and certification training.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies, exercises, and progress expectations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with referring healthcare providers and participate in interdisciplinary care as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT or equivalent degree required).
