Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices.
- Utilize modern technology, including AI-driven documentation systems, to efficiently track patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other Physical Therapists (PTs) and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate and empower patients with practical strategies for recovery and wellness, fostering engagement in their rehabilitation process.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine functional limitations and set measurable goals.
- Design and execute personalized physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Document patient care activities and progress using cutting-edge electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to share updates and education related to treatment plans.
