Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Deliver in-home physical therapy services for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient functional outcomes and independence
- Utilize evidence-based practices to assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy interventions
- Engage in a collaborative, patient-centric work culture focused on excellence and compassion

- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) required
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
