As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services in an outpatient setting. Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions in an outpatient setting.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Implement physical therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques to maximize patient function and mobility.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals on patient care.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinic meetings, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.

- Active or pending Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
