Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and established goals
- Implement and adjust physical therapy interventions to maximize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercise programs, and preventive strategies
- Document all evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and staff to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and mentorship programs
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive clinical environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active or soon-to-be Physical Therapist License (PT)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
