Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Deliver patient-focused care in a private outpatient practice setting
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Engage in community outreach and participate in wellness events

- Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments

- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies

- Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist (PT) license, as required by state law
