Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other interventions to facilitate patient recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize functional improvement
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health team members to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Participate in community health initiatives, educational workshops, and outreach events organized by the clinic
- Engage in regular mentorship sessions and continuing education to stay updated with advancements in physical therapy

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctorate or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist (PT) license, as required by state law
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
