Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness strategies
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture and support organizational mission and values

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active or soon-to-be Physical Therapist License (PT) required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
