Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with licensed physical therapists to deliver prescribed rehabilitation exercises and modalities to patients.
- Monitor patient progress, document treatment, and report findings to supervising therapists.
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and recovery protocols.
- Foster a positive, engaging clinical environment that encourages patient participation and motivation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinic education sessions.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Ensure all documentation and charting meets regulatory and clinic standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Current state PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- All PTAs encouraged to apply; new graduates welcome
