Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Summary
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is responsible for assisting licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to patients. This role involves implementing therapeutic plans, supporting patients throughout their recovery journey, and ensuring that each patient receives personalized, one-on-one attention. Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in executing evidence-based treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

- Document patient progress and coordinate with the physical therapy team to adjust care plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain compliance with all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Participate actively in mentorship programs and continuing education opportunities offered by the clinic.
- Support a patient-centric culture by prioritizing one-on-one care, never double-booking or overlapping appointments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy or graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
