Duties & Responsibilities- Assist licensed physical therapists in executing evidence-based treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and interventions as directed, ensuring patient safety and progress.
- Document patient progress and coordinate with the physical therapy team to adjust care plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain compliance with all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Participate actively in mentorship programs and continuing education opportunities offered by the clinic.
