Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture new relationships with prospective clients, helping them identify and secure suitable insurance coverage for their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with key referral partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Proactively cultivate ongoing relationships with clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional lines of personal insurance.
- Sales Activities:
- Actively participate in networking events, professional organizations, association meetings, and mixers to expand your professional network and generate leads.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and enter client information into the agency's software systems following each sale.
- Handle inbound calls from new and existing clients, providing helpful information and assistance as needed.
- Professional demeanor and appearance appropriate for representing a reputable insurance agency.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to persevere through rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humor.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage client information, and drive sales performance.
