As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees, utilizing ADP Workforce Now to ensure all payroll activities are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Payroll Specialist - Summary- Responsible for processing weekly payroll for a large employee base
- Utilizes ADP Workforce Now for accurate payroll administration
- Ensures compliance with all payroll policies and regulations
- Serves as a resource for employee payroll inquiries
- Supports a collaborative and efficient work culture
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now
- Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Assist with payroll reporting and administrative duties as needed
- Work closely with internal departments to guarantee payroll accuracy and compliance
